Memories of Reading Week

The seven days of Reading Week flew by. The celebration that began with the children's procession on the morning of June 19 ended with the prize ceremony on the 25th, leaving behind pure joy.
What made us happiest
Not the competition winners — but the twenty-three new children who climbed the library steps for the first time. Many of them are now regulars. Even after Reading Week ended, they come every evening and exchange their books.
This is how a village's reading habit grows — every year, a few more people join this family.
